1. Processing times
All orders are processed within 1-3 business days (excluding Sundays and public holidays) after receipt. Please note that processing times may vary during periods of high order volume.
2. Shipping method and delivery time
Our standard delivery is via DHL. Within Germany, the delivery time is between 2-4 business days.
Within the EU, shipping takes 5-8 working days.
For international shipments, the delivery time is 10-20 working days.
3. Costs:
- Shipping: All orders are subject to a table showing shipping costs, depending on weight and delivery destination.

4. Shipping restrictions
We also ship to collection points throughout Germany. This does not apply to EU or international shipping.
5. Shipment tracking
You will receive an email with a tracking number as soon as your order has left our warehouse .
6. Damaged or lost orders
In case of damaged or lost order, please contact us by email on the same working day.
Please take a photograph and explain the situation in detail.
We will reply within 1-3 working days and work together to find a solution.
7. Customs and import taxes
Please note that for international shipments (outside the EU), additional costs such as customs duties or import taxes may apply. This depends on your country of import. Customs duties and import taxes are the responsibility of the customer.
8. Right of return
We accept returns of new goods within Germany. Customers have 14 days to return the goods at their own expense. We will issue a refund within 5 business days of receiving and inspecting the returned goods.
For EU countries: We do accept returns in case of defects.
For Non-EU countries (third party countries): We are unfortunately not able to provide return services. Please make sure to contact us beforehand via phone, before you order, to clarify any questions you might have.
