1. Processing times

All orders are processed within 1-3 business days (excluding Sundays and public holidays) after receipt of the order. Please note that processing times may vary during high order volumes.

 2. Shipping method and delivery time

Our standard delivery is provided by DHL. Within Germany, the shipping time is between 2-4 business days.

Within the EU, the shipping time is 5 – 8 business days.

For international shipments, the shipping time is 10 – 20 business days.

3. Costs:

• Shipping: Tabulated shipping costs apply to all orders, depending on weight and delivery destination.
• Our carrier is DHL

4. Shipping restrictions

We also ship to collection stations throughout Germany. This does not apply to EU or international shipping.

5. Order tracking

You will receive an email with a tracking number as soon as your order has left our warehouse.

6. Damaged or lost orders

In the event of a damaged or lost order, please contact us by email on the same business day.

Please take photos and explain the situation in detail.

We will respond to you within 1-3 business days and find a solution together.

7. Customs and import duties

Please note for international shipments (outside the EU) that potential additional costs such as customs or import duties may arise. This depends on your destination country. Customs or import duties are to be borne by the customer.

8. Return policy

Within Germany, we accept the return of new goods. The customer has 14 days to return the goods at their own expense. We will refund the amount within 5 business days after receipt and inspection of the goods.
