Terms and Conditions

Deposit

The security deposit is approximately 80-90% of the instrument's total value.

The exact deposit amount is listed under each rental instrument.

Complete starter set

All our rental instruments are rented with a case, mouthpiece, and cleaning swab. A complete set to get you started right away.

Minimum term

The minimum rental period is 6 months

Carefree Package & Maintenance

Our instruments are checked, cleaned, and serviced before rental.

If you have a problem with the instrument during the rental period, we will take care of it.

In the event of the instrument being dropped, repair is not possible, and the deposit will be retained.

Monthly contribution

Our monthly fee ranges from €20-€39, depending on the instrument. Please refer to our catalogue for available models.

Do you also ship?

Yes, we also ship within Germany for rentals or rent-to-own!

Refund of the deposit

The paid deposit will be refunded after the rented musical instrument has been returned and thoroughly inspected.
